You’ll be given the choice to either opt for Hotmail Sign In, or to sign up with Windows Live and a Hotmail address. If you already have a Windows Live account, you can just use www hotmail com using the fields on the right. If you do not have a Windows Live account, you have to click on the Sign Up button.Now you have to fill out the Sign-up page where you have to enter your personal information which includes your name, birthday, gender, etc. You don’t have to use factious information on this, but if you do then try to remember it for future purposes of recovering your Hotmail Sign In

Steps to sign in to Hotmail-
Go to the Outlook.com sign-in page and select Sign in.
Enter your email address or phone number and select Next.
On the next page, enter your password and select Sign in.
